Too bad it's a limited edition. I would gladly buy one. Especially in spear or clip point. Probably one of each!
 
These absolutely need to become a regular offering! The Recon 1 is awesome as is, the only source for criticism so far was the blade steel. XHP with a good heat treat will eliminate that issue. Please listen to your fan base who have asked for exactly this for a while now!
 
I like the Tanto, just not the serrations. If they make one in plain edge, I will buy one for sure, and give it this same treatment:

This has to be an early tease & a heads-up. High end steel in a Cold Steel folder? I bet someone has been listening & the folder market is about to get a whole lot tougher.
 
I really hope these are going to be more widely available. Also without serrations please!
 
They got the strongest production folder in the market but can't make a folder with a premium steel. Lynn Thompson must be a cheap CEO.
 
I picked up a couple of these and will post some pics later. DLC coating is the same as is on the Warcraft Tanto - excellent.
