This year is the first I have taken much notice to the "knife booth" section of the show. It seems to be developing into a whole different animal with large colorful displays and banners, advertisements and lines of products of every kind. It felt to me like two different shows in one. At some point you just can't make sense of everything out there, too much to see. It's a bit disorienting!
