Blade Show Induction Dinner 2013
We are getting organized for our Annual Blade Show Induction Dinner that will be held on Saturday, June 1st. To help us prepare, we will need some information from those who plan to attend.

1. Name (First and Last)
2. Forum Name
3. HOG Name, if applicable.
4. If you were inducted online or in person.
5. Names of the Guests Accompanying You. *Bring the kids! This is a family friendly dinner and we would love to have them.*
We will provide the location and time of the dinner at the booth on Saturday.
