Well, I guess I finally earned a spot on these forums. I made the mistake of asking the guys at the Chris Reeve booth to see a Sebbie, and after feeling this legendary folder, I had to have one of my own. I now have a regular small Sebenza, and it is without a doubt the most amazing folder I have ever had the priviledge of owning.

My wallet doesn't like me anymore, but I'm all aglow. Life is good. Now if only I can hold off the urge to get it's big brother, I might be able to eat next month. :D :D

Congratulations! Welcome! Last year I went to the Blade Show and touched some CRK products. Due to financial limitations I couldn't buy right then. I currently own one large and one small sebbies, a mnandi and an umfaan. You won't regret your choice. I carry my small sebbie every day.

Congrats on your new Purchase!! Theres no turning back now. All the BMs, CRKTs, Spydercos, Etc will never be the same now. :)

Congrats!!! I've got two regular small Sebbies and I love them. You will not find a better over-all knife for EDC, IMO. Hope you enjoy it for many, many years to come. BTW, now you have to get it a brother. ;) :D

Of all the things I brought home from Blade, the small Sebby's definately my favorite. I finally got to the point where I can open and close it almost instinctively, and my thumb has toughened up to take it.

I likes it, I really do. It's already become my EDC . . . my poor Gerber EZ-Out doesn't have the slightest idea what hit it--it's still packed in some bag I've not opened since in Atlanta. All the other folders I've touched fail to have that same mystical essence the Small Sebenza radiates.

It is the precioussssss . . . .

*blinks* What? :D

Zal,

no mistake at all to handle a Sebbie. Glad you like it as much as I do mine. Sebbies are the only folder I have held, including other integrals, that approach the feel of a fixed blade when opened.

Skunk: When I get a little more than $20 to my name again. Blade and the aftermath of ordering and buying things I didn't catch at the show cleaned me out.

Then again, I came home with many wonderful knives. So I guess I came out alright in the end.
