I have been very fortunate to have gotten to know Richard and Sally Rogers over the last few years. Wonderful people and Richard's knives can be graded amoung the finest out there these days.
This is a three blade sowbelly in Gold Lip. The blades have half stops. Fit finish and blade positions are as good as I have seen on any knife. The transition from handle materials to bolsters and pins is not detectable by touch. Looking inside the knife with all blades open illustrates the dictionary definition of clean.

Really missed ya Phil and am looking forward to next year.

A little luck involved on this Doctor pattern by Reese Bose.
Tony's and Reese's are so popular that they have a drawing to make it fair to all the folks that want one. For the first time in 5 years of effort I was won the rights to a gents knife. I was very lucky to meet a very kind person who traded me for the rights to this one.

Uh huh a pick would be nice :D.

Reese was nothing short of a pleasure to meet. This was my first chance to really get to talk to him a little.

I'll post a couple more from Dan Burk and Joel Chamblin later this week. For now it is time to get some sleep after nabbing about 4 hours a night for the last 3 nights.

You guys should see these blades up close. As close to perfect as you can get. Gorgeous...that sums it up.
