Blade Show Pix

Had a great time at Blade met a lot of makers who I had only emailed and/or talked to on the phone. Didn't sleep much, put the Pit to bed every night, but that's the best part of Blade.

Everyone was so nice it just bowled me over, any grudges, hard felling were forgotten as we came together to celebrate a common love, Knives.
 
Thanks for the pics. Wow, Audra Draper is one pretty lady, and she forges! Can't wait to see the rest.
 
Great thing about Audra is once you start to talk to her she is just like one of the guys. And she does know her stuff when it comes to knife making. I mean she's easy on the eyes but also a great knifemaker. Mike has it all!
 
I tried to get to your pics, but couldn't.:confused: Can anybody help me? I gotta check out who is cute AND forges!

Yep, it worked.... Nice pics by the way. Ms. Draper is indeed a lovely lady, and oh yeah, some nice knives too!;)

Killer pics Paul. Thanks. It is great to get to see the makers and the great knives they took to the show. Problem is it just makes me more disappointed that I didn't get there.

Paul, great job on the pics, you have a real talent.
It's not hard to make Audra look good, but when you can make Kit Carson look good, well that puts you right up there with Richard Avedon in my book. ;)
 
Audra is one killer lady!!! Didn't get to Blade this year but spent last year's show one table in front & got to spend some time talking with her - didn't get to see her this year but am getting today a Mosaic Damascus fighter with blue mastodon handles she had entered in the Damascus competition that she had made for me. :D :D :D

Her work is really something as that Bowie will attest to. Also check out Mike's work too!! He is making some awesome Damascus folders. Will try to have pics up soon after knife arrives.

Thanks Phil it did take ALL my skill to make Kit's pic to come out ;-)

Got pix of Mike and the 1 knife that was left on his side of the table coming in next batch.
