10 inch blade forged, ground and heat-treated in house. 1095, clay-coated for a snappy quench line. Handle is Arizona Desert Ironwood with Corian bolster & spacer; 5.5" long
Bottom: Santoku
6.5" blade forged/ground/heat-treated 1095 w/clay-coat quench line. Stabilized curly maple handle with corian bolster/spacer and mosaic pins.
