This year will be my first Blade Show and I have just a few questions. What is the possibility Spyderco will introduce new items to the buying public at the Blade Show. Basically will items like the SPOT, Ronin, Temperance FB, Trakker or any items that has been in the works for a while be available for purchase (if ready) at the Blade Show. Will Spyderco have prototypes available for viewing such as the Para (mini)-military, Bram Frank's Tusok, and others.

Hi Wpc. We normally show new models at the Blade show. Both prototypes (will go into production with the next 6 months) and Concept models (may or may not go into production depending on customer response at show).

models will include FB Temperance and SPOT (already in production), and protos of the Ronin FB and Trakk'r. We'll also be showing a few other protos (Kiwi, Rescues, etc) as well as a few concept models for your opinions.

Hi wpc

The C75 Kiwi is a small gentlemen’s lockback with a distinctive profile. VG-10 blade, two inches long with a defining hump. It has a brushed stainless steel handle, inlayed with amber colored jigged-bone. Very understated. It’s clipless and probably closer to an "old timer" style than anything else Spyderco's made before.

No MSRP yet but will post an update once we're closer to delivery, which is slated right now for late this summer.

Sounds excellent and another Spyderco dent in my wallet!

Any chance of a photo?

Now if the new Rescue has a marlinspike on it, I'll really be ready to explode ;)
