I'm a newbie at spending my money on cool knives and asking my kids to enjoy yet another dinner of mac and cheese so Dad can buy sharp stuff...so this may be a dumb question...

will Busse and Swamp Rat release information regarding their new products PRIOR to the show? the reason I ask is I have a friend in Atlanta who I'd like to send to purchase me some knives...but it would be nice to know in advance what's there...otherwise I can always use cell phones and have her describe them.

welcome salsbre, in the past some of the secrets have been let out and some have been kept till the opening day.
there used to be some busse variants show up on the table avaible to purchase. swamp rat always has some new stuff they introduce on their table too.
have you checked out the rat forum to see if they have released any secret offering?

Bob, what Skunk says is dead on. Some info is leaked before, and the rest is like Christmas morning when Jerry starts unpackin stuff.

There will be a few of us at the table that you can have your contact talk to.

Sometimes they do: for example, the ice pick bottle opener deal.

Usually, however, they don't. Even if they do announce the products, sometimes one can only purchase them at Blade.

Like skunk said, variants, etc, will be Blade only. Your best bet overall is by cell!
