BLADE Show Schedule And Happenings. . . .

Unlike previous years, the knife offerings at BLADE '07 will be spread out over all 3-days of the show. . . . . There will be scheduled offerings every 2-3 hours at the Busse Combat booth starting at 12:30 on Friday and ending at 12:30 on Sunday afternoon. . . . As the Special Editions are offered up, one model at a time, so will the many custom blades be offered that have been packed away with them :thumbup: . . . . There are many one-of-a-kind customs, and there are many that have kissing cousins. These are similar in blade shape and handle design but offer many nuances and natural disimilarities in handle material and shaping that make each one unique.

From the tequila soaked mind of Busse Knife Production Manager, Garth Reckner, comes a twisted offering that will only be available at FOGOs on Thursday night!!!! :eek: . . . . The man is sick I tell you. . . . sick!!! . . . . (Makes me so proud, I think I have a frozen tear!!!)

Friday will find us killing off hundreds of cigars and downing scotch by the tanker!!!! (So will Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, but who's counting???)

Saturday is the HOG induction dinner, and Jennifer, Amy, and Kendra have been planning things that will make grown men cry and their women folk weep!!!! So, be sure to bring your significant other to the induction!!!! :thumbup: :D Katie (Our 8 1/2 month old daughter) reminds you that kids are always welcome at the Busse HOG induction dinners . . . . If we didn't welcome them, Skunk and Bravado would have never been inducted!!!!:eek: :D

Should be a weekend full of great knives, great folks, and good times. . . good times. . . . .

I'm gonna start drinking now, 'cause I'm pretty sure that Skunk akready has a head start on me!!!!! :eek:

We're all looking forward to seeing old snouts and meeting many new ones. . .

If your 'footballers' wouldn't mind holding a scrimmage every 2 or 3 hours, they could still come in QUITE handy!!

The handles are finely done. I assume that the handle of the MS is micarta and amazingly the grain of the two parts match. That is what I call artistry.
In fact you guys at Busse have successfully blurred the lines between art and craft.
 
OK - but PRICES?? PRICES??

I want to know how much a ticket to dance with Katie will cost - in case I decide to make a run down to meet her!! If so bring lots of tickets -cause I have a feeling she will be well entertained by this group!!! :)

Saturday night or Sunday night at the latest but definately not Friday night . Friday nights are for drinking ! hehe

Since Boss Hog said there will be new knives being unpacked from Friday until 12.30 Sunday afternoon, it seems like they won't know which blades are left for Ganzaaaaa until Sunday afternoon. I have a feeling we may be waiting until next weekend. I sure hope I'm wrong and we get a GoGo Saturday or Sunday night, though.

I hope you're wrong too. I'd much prefer this weekend or even during the week.
 
So is it going to be broken down pretty much how it happened last year where knives are brought out over the whole weekend?
