Dear ForReals,
I truly appreciate the biting sarcasm of your post. I would, as I always do, ask the question; Why are people so mean spirited and mouthy when they can remain anonymous? You don't need to answer, it's rhetorical. We all know the answer and it's not the example I set for my son, nor the one that most other fathers do who I know.
As to the seminar; I'll just forgive your ignorance of what I do and perhaps your ignorance of the subject matter.
I'm sure you have not attended any seminar I have previously given and I sincerely doubt that you ever will.
However, that being the probable case, and for any others that may be interested, I'll elucidate a little. I teach combat fighting classes and I teach them to some of the most feared and respected military and government counter-terror and anti-terror units in the world, both U.S. and foreign entities. In addition I teach variations of the same fighting courses to law enforcement agencies and private security companies.
I also give seminars and educational lectures to these same entities, including company executives and the personel of a number of multinational corporations. These seminars and lectures cover subject matters including, international security, counter-kidnapping, mental preparation for combat, surviving inside the kill zone, airplane counter-terror tactics, pre-emptive counter measures, terrorist tactics and methodologies, and, understanding the Jihadist threat. I have also been contracted to consult for local public institutions in anti-terror evaluation and preparations for terrorist attacks.
I am paid very serious money for my knowledge and skills by very serious people and very serious organizations.
On average I get 5 to 6 requests a month to deliver various facets of this information to those who are actively involved in their use.
The seminar I am delivering at Blade will cover various aspects of counter-terrorist training as currently employed by the world's finest counter-terror units. I will also be covering the five components of Counter-Terror training programs and how you can personally use and employ them.
1. Mentality
2. Weapons
3. Knowledge
4. Training
5. Physicality
And a brief on the current terrorist threats facing U.S. citizens on our own soil.
As I stated in my initial announcement, this is the first time I've made this seminar available to the general public and it is a rare opportunity for you to see behind the veil of secret counter-terror operations and training that few in the public sector ever get a chance to see.
Mr. ForReals, in spite of your childish behavior I would still invite both you and your son to attend the seminar as there may be some useful information that you would find valuable if you ever were confronted by an extreme act of violence or terrorist in the commission of his crime.
And, I would still treat you with all the respect that I give to anyone who stands in my presence.
My Best Regards,
Ernest R. Emerson
