OK folks, I feel like a real heel, but I can't remember the name of a specific maker I saw at the Blade show this weekend. I talked with his wife (who was extremely nice) about some nice neck-sized BG-42 knives (Wharncliffe, drop and clip points) he had on display. The sheathes and knives were numbered so that matching pairs wouldn't be confused and the knives themselves had nice little Micarta handles.
He and his wife were sitting in either 4A, 6A or 8A - he was on the very end on an even numbered aisle. Looking at the guide, it seems like he's either Randy Blair, Blanton Cosby, Sidney "Pete" Moon or Sandy Tudor.

I'd like to order a knife from him but I neglected to pick up one of his cards.

Anyone have any ideas who I'm talking about?

Thanks in advance,

Jon

If they were little black handled neck knives I would guess Pete Moon. He and his wife are very gracious. I met them up at the ACKS last year. Priced very inexpensively as well.

I wasn't at the show, but if it will help you figure this out, I believe Sandy Tudor sells Desert Ironwood - no knives.

Hope you had a good time at the show.

That sounds like them - And yes, I had a blast at the show. So many knives, so little money.

Anyone have any contact information for Mr. Moon?

Jon
