Blade Show...

Yep....

I'm coming to the end of my "list" of things to get done, cant believe I'm actually going to get it all done. Been getting excited to go as the time gets nearer. This will be my third one, cant wait to be there. -- Charles

All 3 of you guys are on my list of people to see. Hope I can get around to everybody!

Counting down the hours now...

Man I wish I could go. This is a yearly event I take it, and is it always in Atlanta area? Hopefully by next year I'll be working a steady job, with vacation time and the associated things, could combine it with trip to visit my cousins. Also, which side of Atlanta? If there's a website that answers these questions for me, feel free just to give me a link. Maybe if I plan now, can do this next year. Would love to meet y'all

OK Bruce: I have got to know the secret, how come you can get done in one day what takes me two.

Ed,
That's an easy one. Bruce is in a slower time zone than you :)

I'm still trying to figure out how I still have four 14 hour days of work left and you guys have so few. :D

See you all in Atlanta on Thursday.

Edited cause I'm tired and can't speil :)

Hmm...let's see, from 8am to 3am...that's uh, a 19 hour day. Now if I was smart, I'd need about 10 more of those to be ready...but I'm going to try and cram them into less. :barf:

Now if I'm sleeping underneath my table at the show, just kick me and I'll get up ;)

I'm so excited I can't see straight!!!! (or maybe that's from lack of sleep???).

See you all there!!!!!
Nick

(the silly part of it, is that I know we'll all be up ALL night in the pit cussing and discussing)

Kit: Here is my secret, I always set the deadline a week early. Marks on the callender and all that stuff, then when I am late I am really early. It works, all the pressure early and if really early I get to work on a bonus knife, that is usually late.

I shrugged my shoulders last night and put four blades back on the shelf as impossible to finish in the time remaining. Just two more working days to go before the show and hope the sheaths dry on the trip down to Atlanta..Table 21A

Well I'm looking at 2-28 hour days to finish up myself, can't wait to get there and meet everybody.
Back to work.
 :D   :D
Bruce

Ed, ya bringing any of those big honkin camp knives this year? :)

Nick, coffee is on me at the Blade show. We will keep you awake somehow! 6 or 7 lattes and you wont even think about the fact that you only got 9 hours sleep in the last week! :D

Almost forgot.Stop by Bruce Bumps and my Table 20-O and check out his MS Test knives and my JS test knives..Maybe I will pass,He will for sure.See everyone there..Just look for the table with the flame cover in the middle of the show and you will see use:cool: :D

Better get some sleep another long day tomorrow and the next day and the next and the next and the next;) ;)
Bruce

Danbo: Sorry not big camp knives this year, I made Bowies instead. One large, it is already sold.
The big deal for me is my new book, Knife Talk II will be available at the show, I haven't had a copy in my hands yet so pretty enthusiastic. It is down to the wire getting it to the show.

I will be there next year. That will be my first show and the first time flying.I have alot of work to do in the next year:D

You folks have safe trips. See ya in a couple of days - Gus

I'm nervous and excited, it's my first one. I feel like a lil' kid and don't know what to expect. Or like a kid's first time having sex.
Too bad I haven't the cash to buy much. Really going for the experience and exposure. See ya there.....RDT
