Blade Size/Model Comparisons

This is not a real meaty post. I am just doing some Christmas shopping and had a couple of questions that I thought might get answered here. I already have a Becker Crewman but I really like the Rat-5. The specs show them to be basically the same size knife. Can someone verify this. If they are, then I figure that I am probably better off starting with the Rat-7 or Tak-1 to better fill in my range. My other question relates to the Tak. It seems to be about the same size as the Air Force Surivival Knife. Anyone have both to compare and would the Tak fit well in an AFSK sheath. Anyone have any comparison photos. Thanks for any help or advice that you can give.

I have the Rat 7, but not the others, so I can't lay them side x side.

The Rat-7 is going to be more similarly sized as the BK7.
It would probably be considered "next size up" from the BK-Crewman.

Here is the camillus/Becker page, click on any to see the Length and thickness. Crewman is .188 thick , 5.5" blade.

The Rat-7 is a 7" blade (scale to tip), same thickness.

Thank SkunkWerX. I've looked up the specs on everything but for me sometimes it's a little misleading. As an example, I ordered the Crewman thinking that it would be a smaller knife similar in size to the AFSK. I think both blade sizes are listed to be about the same size. But to me the Crewman is a good sized knife and much larger than my AFSK. The Tak and the Rat-5 also appear to be similiar going by length but looking at the pictures the Rat- 5 appears to be quite a bit bigger. Visual comparisons seem to give a better indication of size sometimes.
