blade steel for a Kershaw Zing tanto

Hi,

I know that all the Kershaw zing tanto knives produced recently use 14C28N steel. I am wondering when the Kershaw zing tanto was first introduced and whether it was ever built with other steels such as 13C26N. Thanks

The Zing has always been 14C.

Kershaw switched from 13C to 14C in Mar/09.
