Blade Steel

Anyone know what X46Cr13 or 1.4034 steel is? That is what Hubertus blades are made from but I don't have a clue if it is like 440C or 420 or where it fits in. Seems like alot of knives from Europe use 420 which I have not been very pleased with. Does not hold and edge very well. Thanks folks

Hmmmm I thought that 420 was not the best for knife blades kinda suprises me that Hubertus would use it.

the only thing 420 has going for it is its cheap as hell, which would explain why it sucks
