As mentioned in the other thread about S30V, it appears that we will be able to send our BG-42 Sebbies in and have a new blade installed for approx. $100.
What does this mean for the secondary market? Will future Sebbie sales on the forums require that the birth certificate accompany the knife? Will a LNIB formerly BG-42 Sebenza be "worth" the same as a LNIB S30V Sebenza?
Just sort of an interesting thought that popped up in my head while reading the S30V announcement thread...
