i'm gonna go ahead and say no, i believe the metal behind the blade on the cqc-7 is longer than the metal on the the SOCFK, so the blade wouldn't be stopped in the same place by the pin. im not 100% on this im basing this on my short comparison of my cqc-7 with a friends SOCFK.
The lock geometry is different, and although very close, the tang on the SOCFK doesn't allow the lock to engage. The stop pin is fine though, but the blade is also too long to fit on the 7's frame and the belly touches the backspacer. I suppose you could make it fit with very minor tweaking, but it would involve shaving down the lockbar a bit, and maybe switching to standoffs.
