I've been meaning to post this for a while and I'm finally getting around to it. I ordered two mouses (mice? 
) from Blade Tech a while ago. There was a problem with the order. I made one 3 minute phone call and the problem was resolved completely. I regret that I have forgotten the name of the young lady who helped me. I just wanted to pass along my great experience with Blade Tech- to my experience, just as customer-oriented as Spyderco!
