Blade tension loosening off ?

I've had a Resilience for a month or two now and I'm having the problem of the screw loosening off over time .
I have used lock tite on it but it still seems to happen.
It takes maybe 2 weeks of use before it becomes obvious that it's happening again .
I don't over tighten it , I just nip it up until there is no movement of the blade when locked open , but still smooth with a little resistance to open from closed .
Any suggestions to keep a constant tension on the blade ?
I haven't taken it apart , is there washers inside that may be wearing or seating in ?

Use blue loctite on the pivot screw.

Small piece of thread tape. And if needed add blue loctite to the thread and tape.
