Is the Siraputi as sturdy as an Ang Kola? I really like the blade design of the Siraputi, but if the Ang Kola is significantly stronger, I'll probably go with that.

If both are from the exact same steel
hardened exactly the same
with no potential flaws

it would depend on the cross section (& fullering--if any)
Smallest cross section is around the cho usually

Strengthwise;
Whether the differences really make a difference
depends on how you plan to use it

Siraputis aint kobras, and can be real nice and thick. My 20 inch siru has a half inch spine. Ive used it to limb 14" diameter branches, and it just ate the wood. I think it would be more dependent on the maker, though potentially the AK is more hefty than a siru, but then both are so overbuilt it doesnt make much a difference. Though the weight of a heavy AK, can help in chopping. Yer best bet would be to talk to Uncle Bill, tell him your needs, and he can find you a khuk in their current stock that will fit yer needs. You got a need, Im sure Uncle Bill has a khuk fer ya. Even if you dont have a need, Im sure Uncle Bill still has that perfect khuk fer ya. :D
