blade to handle ratio; regular vs. 21

Hi all,
I've noticed that the blades on my regulars seem a tad shorter than my 21's. I'm guessing this is the result of the evolution of the sebenza over the years but can anyone confirm this. When closed the 21 blades come much closer to the end of the handle than the regs. Handles look like they are the same size, blades look shorter.
Just curious.

I know the blades are not interchangeable, I have tried it I think the length is very similar but there is a slight variation in the shape. (If I was at home I would post a picture!)
One difference I have noticed that also changes the way the blade fits is the area where the stop pin meets the blade. On the regular it is concave and on the 21 that area is flat.

Well i'm glad i'm not the only one. I suppose they may vary from year to year.

I think you are correct I doubt the knives vary from year to year, the only change would be when the generations change.

All my regular blades are a hair shorter that their 21 counterpart..
