Well this trip is off to a memorable start!

Last night I went out to play darts and do some drinking. I got home around midnight and needed to finish packing. At about 1:00 I sliced open my left index finger and ended up with 9 stitches in my finger; got back home from the emergency room at 5:15 AM and had to haul butt to make my 7:52 flight.

So the show hasn't even started, Skunk nor Ducci are here and I have already been up for 27 hours and have a good hang over going. I can't wait for the drugs to wear off that they loaded up my finger with. I'll be grumpier than Skunk was at Blade East after some guy smashed up his Mint Badger

If they don't get here soon I may just drink everyting.

Since you're not driving anyway, as your doctor I recommend a 750 Vicoden and a tumbler of Kentucky Bourbon for the pain. You may cut off another finger but you won't care! Take lots of pics so we can wish we were there.

Hey I just realized that we'll need a few shot glasses, limes, and salt. :eek:

I was all over the drugs but the Dr said that what he wrote up in Calif couldn't be filled in another state. Besides pain meds have never worked for me unless they were of poppy extract.

Lunde, the scotch made it and so did the D300.

Did you train at the Amy-0 school of knife wrapping? OTOH, she was probably sober when she cut herself, so at least you have an excuse.

I live near Los Angeles, and each year I considering going to BLADE West.

How big is this show?

Is it worth it? (I mean besides BUSSE being at the show)

sorry to hear that, kelly. as much as i'd like to see you, i'd rather you spend time with your dad and i hope his health improves. until next year or eugene...

Tony, just dip your finger in tequila now and then. You'll be fine, and the stinging will take your mind off your hangover.

Only good things, to be sure. Tony will be able to drive longer off the tee, ride faster, drink more, and ....... longer.
