i've been less and less frequent here, so i may have missed it, but who is going to blade west next weekend?

i have a feeling i'm going to be a no show, i've been working down in eureka, ca and am going back at the beginning of the week. i'm pretty sure i won't be back in time for the show, which is a real bummer. it's become a tradition for my son and i, even though he's only eight he's been going for as long as he can remember, he still plays with a piece of micarta that brian (okuden) gave him when he was five. i've also become used to seeing a great bunch of people and meeting new folks.

if you guys take pics, i'll live vicariously through those but sure wish i was going to be there. have lot's of fun, as well as a few beers for me....

IIRC, there is no Blade West this year... I might be wrong.
 
No Blade West, but if Dan or Jerry wants to send some steel my way I would be happy to distribute it to those in the NW!
 
well shut my mouf... that about sucks... i looked at the website and didn't notice it said 2009, so much for my amazing powers of observation.

guess i'll have to wait for eugene next year.
