The first weekend of October will be the first BLADE Show West in quite a while..... It will be in Portland, Oregon....I plan to be there all three days and I am curious how many Beckerheads and Becker Afficianados will be there and wether we should all plan on getting together for a cup of coffee or a brewski.....

Ka-Bar will not have a booth this time so, I will be walking the show and hanging about so my schedule will be pretty flexible......

Jonny 1280 will be there for sure and he mentioned that the Springfield contingent will be well represented..... Who else?

I will likely be there as well. Hopefully will get to meet some of you that I haven't seen at the gatherings.

Got a room reserved for Sat. night.
I chose to make the short drive back over the mighty Columbia river into Vancouver. The hotels are crazy expensive in Portlandia!! I’m looking forward to this.

I got a room right downtown next to the event center. Figured we could walk to the center

So awesome to see everyone at the show- I saw Greg, Johnny, Julio, Bill, and Ethan! So nice to catch up with folks and say hi. I was running on very little sleep so if I said anything weird I'm sorry.... Ethan thank you so much for letting me see the new BK62, it's absolutely wonderful! The history behind it is so interesting!
 
Yes it was great to meet you Ethan, and let me see the new knife, my wife and son had a great time today.
