Blade wiggle after scale swap on Para 3, any suggestions?

I have 2 Para 3's that I have swapped scales on. One I went with Micarta from Ripps. Everything went fine, still opens and locks up like a bank vault. Perfect.
On the other, I went with aluminum AWT scales. Swap went fine as well, but that one now has some minor blade wiggle when open. I have taken it apart and checked it again. Washers and everything look fine. Put it back together, still wiggly. It's completely fine and functional as is, but I'd love any ideas on getting it tight again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have a p3 but it sounds like the backspacer / studs are to thick. Maybe different blade washers?

Thicker washers maybe? I don't know. The lockup was fine stock, but with the AWT scales, the design deletes the non-lock side liner. Maybe a thicker washer on that side?

Yeah I'd recommend getting out your calipers and measure everything out. Adjusting the washer thickness sounds easiest to me

Appreciate your input. i just ordered some washers from Etsy, gonna give it a try!
