Well, pending the wife's approval, it looks like I'm going to be able to make Blade on Friday, down and back. I'm gonna have to check with my carpool, but I may try to put in a short appeareance at FOGO's as well, time will tell. Man, I'm getting excited:cool: Might need a new credit card and and hit the ATM to put a little cash in my sock:) Need to start a checklist and find that backpack that that I said was too big:D

I'll be driving in each day, so not much time for the Blade nightlife

I thought you lived near Atlanta?...or I may be confused as usual.
 
I'll be arriving late Friday afternoon. Staying until Sunday around Noon... Hopefully you'll still be there on Friday Greg!!
 
I'm in Western NC, about 273.92 miles from Atlanta (according to mapquest). I'll probably miss FOGO's on Thursday, as that's the night I work my second job and don't know how much time I'll have to socialize Friday night as I'm carpooling and since the show is open until 7:00 we'll probably close it down.

June is a crazy month. We're having a yard sale the 7th. My wife teaches 2nd grade and her last day of work is June 12 or 13. We leave for the beach with the inlaws on the 14th. Return on the 21st. Our 10th wedding anniversary is the 13th. Her birthday is the 26th (she turns 29 again, but doesn't look a day over 21:) When we come back I've got a Championship Pistol match (prize table with @12 guns) about 2hrs from my house that I'm helping to set up on Thursday evening (26th), shooting all day on Friday (27th) and SO'ing on Saturday (28th). To save on the hotel bill, I'll probably drive back home Thursday night and back on Friday morning. Then the next weekend is July 4th, where I may try to squeeze in an IDPA match before the family cookout....

Did I mention we have a 2 year old:)

Look forward to seeing everyone and hopefully meeting a few more of you.

Holy Smokes! I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old and I would consider your month to be completely out of the question. You're going to be busier than a one legged man at an a....hmmm...at a contest...like a Kung-Fu tournament, yeah, that's it....busier than a one-legged man at a Kung-Fu tournament. Have fun!

Wife just cleared me for Blade on Friday. She's got a jewelry party (gulp!) that night, but she's cool with taking Anna (our 2 year old). Last one of these she hosted, cost me like $300 in "half-price" jewelry. When she goes to parties at other women's houses she usually just spends $40-$80. My wife is great, she just wants to spend what I spend. Doesn't she realize that we can't afford that:D

Fortunately, we only have the one little one and during the week at the beach we'll have a lot of help watching her, lots of family and friends around.

Also, got an Email from Amy0 saying that she was putting the last two VIP passes in the mail to me today! What time can I get in on Friday with the pass?

Nice Greg! Talked to SHMBO today as well and she's cool with taking care of our, you guessed it, 2 year old. Looks like the carpool is a go. Hey, is the other pass for me? I'm supposed to have one coming from Dan Koster, but haven't seen it yet. If you snagged me one I'll let that one go to someone else. PM inbound.
