I didn't see anything in the rules about talking about other forums so I'm assuming this ok, please respond as necessary if it is not.

My Gold membership ran out a few days ago here at Bladeforums. I'd say it was well worth the money, and I very well may renew it regardless of what gets posted here, but I was curious from those of you who are also members over at the USN, if their cove membership is worth the money. I'm asking here, because I'm familiar with the exchange here, and I know if I were to ask there I'd get a million responses saying to just do it simply because they're supporting the forum (which I have no problem with, the USN is great). But I'd be disappointed to spend the money there if it was mostly just cross posted ads from the same users that sell on BFC, ARFCOM, and other free to view exchanges.

Less traffic over there, due mostly to less production knife sales. USN has a lot more uber high end knives go up for sale, but I'd say most of the selling over there goes on behind the scenes within the little cliques that have formed.

That is one thing I really like about BF: no real cliques. Just some casual groups of people with common interests, but welcoming of newbies. Had enough of cliques in high school.

We like to support our forum too, and usually discourage cross-forum discussion. Since this isn't criticising anyone, it's not too bad at this point, but to avoid potential arguments, I'm going to close this.
