Not an entry because I'd just put it in a drawer even though it's a stunning knife. I love those black palm scales. I have only one knife with black palm and wish it were seen/available more often.

Very generous of you.

Count me in! I've always been an admirer of your blades. Some of the best looking traditionals around here. Thanx for the chance.--KV

Wow! How generous! I have to say, the latest update from Bladeforums admin shows they really appreciate their members and intend to keep this site going. I may be a newbie member, but I really appreciate the people on here and intend to stick around as well!

Nice! I have a Black Palm Reggie Barker fixed blade that would look great paired up with this one... I'll post pics at lease 15 posts later.

Wow. I've always admired your knives. I have shared some of your pictures with friends and relatives and a few of them now are into traditional style pocket knives based on how awesome your knives look.

I'm in, i have admired quite a few of your knives but I just haven't been able to afford them. That one sure is a beauty! Thank you for having this GAW!

Very generous of you, Sir. I have always admired your knives and workmanship.
I'll throw my hat into the ring just once, and say "I'm In."
Thank you for the chance.

I can't resist entering this one :) Very generous Todd

Of all the knives I own, this is the most perfectly made

I'm in. That makes me miss the only Davison I had. I need to pick up another. Here's a pic of it. It kinda resembles the GAW knife.

Holy Cow! I'm in! Thanks, Todd!

I like Bladeforums because I enjoy the forum as much as I enjoy the knives and I've always admired your work. You've made so many knives and I've never seen one that I didn't like.

Thanks again !

I like how Bladeforums has figured out how to best extract money from my wallet and help me buy things I don't need ;)

In all seriousness, it has gotten me into traditional folding knives. Used to be a one hander guy, but now carry traditionals. And I was able to meet a fellow knife nut in my town when I found a GEC 71 and case Peanut for sale on the exchange!

The generoistiy of folks here kinda hooked me years back and this is the perfect example. I'm in.

A wonderful gesture, you're one of the very fine and consistent traditional makers here on BFC. I found this sight almost eight years ago when I did a google search for info about knife steel. Since then, I spend at least 90% of my time here in the traditional subforum. Great knives and great people. Thanks, I'm in.

I am absolutely in.

This thread is one of MANY things that has drawn me to BF. Im on forums for every one of my many hobbies but this one takes the cake when it comes to the helpfulness, respect and class of its members, from the newbies to the old times alike. No snobs, noone thumbing their noses at people and a generosity like nowhere else. I, like everyone on here, love knives. I especially have falled HARD for traditional knives recently and have put all of my flippers and more modern knives to pasture and enjoy the look, feel and usefulness of a good slip joint in my pocket. Ive dabbled in fixed blade forging and now have enjoyed the process of re-handling knives and would like to step into attempting to make my own knife at some point so any time I see a maker on here post their latest creation, I cant help but droooooool all over it. Tho I often cannot afford to pony up for said creation, I drool none-the-less. Now, to have the opportunity to own one of those knives...thats beyond amazing and I cant thank you enough for the chance!

Matt

That's remarkably generous of you, thank you for the opportunity.

Weirdly my favorite thing about Bladeforums is the politics, or lack thereof. I get intermittently fed up with the puritanical witch hunts on gun forums that inevitably turn every thread into bickering about whose interpretation of the 2A is the purest and most holy.

But knives don't really seem to have this issue. We can participate in W&C or Politics as much or as little as we like, and there's virtually unanimous agreement about the relatively small political aspect of knives.

So it's a pleasant place to come visit when you just want to enjoy your hobby with other people who don't think you're weird without having to wonder whether today is the day you'll finally get fed up with the political screeds.

EDIT: Best way to get entries in this thread? This thread is now the new general discussion topic!

What an awesome gesture Todd. I've long admired your knives and often tried to save to buy one. I love the clean lines, especially like that clip blade on this one shown. The coined liners are a very classy touch. To be honest, out of all the many styles and variants of each you've made, I can't say there's any that I didn't like. Such nice work all around.
I'm in thank you.
