Bladeforums off line this last weekend???

Does anyone know why Bladeforums (all of it, not just Buck) was unavailable this last weekend???

I don't see any announcements anywhere on the site.

It started with Bladeforums.com "timing out" when trying to view any Forum; then it progressed to "connection refused" for the rest of the weekend.

Several emails to West Coast forum members went unanswered as well. I'm guessing they never got them.

Perhaps a backbone went down??? Or scheduled maintenance that was unannounced???

Strange no one else has mentioned it...

The posts jump right from 4/29 to today [5/01]...nothing for 4/30...
 
Trax, I don't know, but did notice that I couldn't connect with the server. Preston
 
same here, it was down last night at around 8:00 PM eastern and didn't get back up till around noon here. Glad she is back up and running, had to get my buck fix for the day ;)

I didn't want to mention it before because I was too embarrassed. :o When I couldn't get log on I started to go into withdrawal and had to go away for a while. Just got out of rehab today. They put me on a four point program.......drop, clip, spay and pen!! :thumbup: :D

Hi Trax,

I thought I got the boot for giving Ark a hard time;) . Until the goose on the loose set me straight:thumbup: . But.....the 30th was my anniversary.....I'm sure my wife paid someone to shut it down:eek: .
 
That's funny JB4570...about the wife shutting it down.

It blew for me that this board was down...

Quit smoking last week, no new knives to watch the maildude for, broke up with my ol' lady...then the forum went down...I was freakin' edgey!!!!

Was thinking I really must have done something bad in a former life.

Thank god for Jim Beam...

Well, in case you hadn't noticed, the Forums were unavailable again today [Sunday, 07 May]... :(

Another "data corruption error" perhaps??? :rolleyes:
