I saw someone post a low production kitchen knife a while back in like Aeb-l or 12c27 a ways back. The blade came back under the handle maybe an inch. And for the life of me I can’t find it on here now! Any help would be appreciated if you know the maker.

Have you seen many production kitchen knives in Aeb-l, 12c27 or similar steels? I am exploring the market...

I got the Bradford Knives chef knife in M390 a while back and really like it, they have that one in Aeb-l also I know.

Man, I totally get that, the one I was looking for on here was hovering around $100ish I believe. Which seemed very reasonable for what it was
