Blades and wharfarin/coumadin?

I had aorta and aortic valve replacement surgery, and am now on blood thinners.
My question is, for those on bladeforums who are on blood thinners, or no people on blood thinners, did you/they continue to carry and use knives?
I think I will, just being extra careful, and maybe also carrying a pair of folding sciccors or clippers (any recommendations) to use as well. I have them in my Swisscard, it's just a pain to remove.
(Don't feel sorry for me. I have Marfan's, this surgery will allow me to do things I couldn't do before)

I do. But I am genuinely very, very careful.

And I don't really have that much blood thinner.

Think carefully here. And definitely go with a folder.

I am on coumadin and continue to make knives every day.

Of course I have my INR checked at least monthly to make sure it is still in within therapeudic range.
