Ok Guys, here is the 2nd blade that I received back from Josh (Razor Edge Knives).
It's a Mcusta Katana with a Traditional Japanese Tanto shaped blade.

What I wanted was a zero grind with stone wash because I want to use it and not afraid of putting scratch on it... Josh had kept me on the email every step he took and ask how I like it which I think is just 2nd to none for the service. He was very honest and told me right off the bat that it's not possible to have zero grind and stone wash because the acid etch and stone tumble will ruined the edge. He then suggested to do the zero grind and then acid bath and see how the color turn out, well it turned out too nice and he think the blade with a Matt dark gray finish would suit the overall handle better and I took his word for it and couldn't be happier!! After the acid bath, he did a bevel on the edge to take out the tooth from the etching and as you guys can see it is sweeeet! It slice so well that you don't feel it going through paper. The blade is VG10 so I know I will be touching it up regularly with my sharpmaker 15dps UF rods which will last quite some time. This one I intended to "EDOC" every day office carry
so just light tasks, envelops, cardboard boxes, pizza boxes etc...
Again the workmanship, craftsmanship, and Josh's constant communication is Par none and I will be sending him more of my blades.
Trust me guys, you haven't experience sharp until you try Josh's sharp, he is that good!
