I've been keeping pretty busy and haven't been on here much.

Has there been any mention of VIP passes this year?

What does a VIP pass give you? Is like an early bird ticket?
 
I scored just enough for me and a couple friends,still waiting on one. New Graham did have some. I am wondering if they didn't issue as many this year. I have not seen hardly any offered.
 
They were slim this year only got enough for the AZ and ID group.
10 per table.
Exhibitor passes were even more scarce , you got 2 for your table with the option to buy 2 more but the 2 extra tickets could not come in the show until noon.
Very strange the way they do things these days.

I'll have to check when I get home to make certain, but I think I may have an extra VIP pass that you can have.

I do want to make it clear that VIP passes are not like they were in years past. The only way to get in at noon on Friday is with an early bird pass, which are now sold out. VIP passes get you in at 1pm on Friday not at noon like in years past (general admission is still at 2). As David said, each table can get two exhibitor passes to get in early, but the other exhibitor passes that can be bought don't get people in the door until 12:15 (so after VIP). Blade Show did this for two reasons. 1) Max profits. It's now worth paying the full $60 full pass instead of the $20 VIP pass. 2) There were many people that complained about all the people on the show floor buying stuff before the doors ever opened. In the previous years every table would get 5 exhibitor passes that exhibitors ended up giving to friends and/or customers, who would then buy the FCFS stuff they wanted; the new system will significantly reduce this.
 
That’s one heck of a change!

If they let us know of the change in any of the emails I didn’t notice it.

Anyone have a couple early bird passes they don’t need? :D
