Well it's not one of the Custom Rats but it made me happy nonetheless. I got it lightly used from a writer/editor of Tactical Knives magazine. It's been my daily work carry for the past month; I love it's slim and light design and it's rock solid when open. This thing is damn near perfect! All for the paltry sum of $110!

So what's next from the rat factory?! I guess the Custom Collaboration line is dead for good? Too bad...

Wow!! You got a screamin' good deal on that!

CongRATs!

I just recently bought mine. It goes with me everywhere. :D

That is a NICE folder. Can you tell me a little more about it? I'm not that familiar with Swamp folders. Thanks! Five Rings

Hi FiveRings, welcome to the Rat Forum!

The Rat Trap is Swamp Rat's only folder. It's a huge blade but it was designed to carry "small". It operates extremely smooth with no wobble. Lock up is solid with no play. These are qualities typically only found on knives which cost nearly twice as much.

Here's some info that I got from SwampShack.com. There's some great pics in the "Members Gallery" there as well. You might also try searching Rat Chat for additional info and pics.

Blade Steel: S30V
Blade Length: 3.9"
Overall: 9"
Thickness: 3/16"
Handle: G10
