Bladesmithing in Spain (Madrid)?

I recently got into bladesmithing as a hobby, and have been fortunate enough to become involved with the great folks at Adam's Forge in Southern California (https://adamsforge.org/). However, I am going to be moving abroad to Spain early next year, and will likely be living in an apartment in Madrid where I won't have easy access to a forge or workshop. I'd love to find a members' forge/workshop/makerspace in or near Madrid where I could continue working on knives. Any ideas/tips?

I lived in Southern Spain for several years and set up shop in the garage in Chipiona. While there I made the trip to Toledo just south of Madrid. Unfortunately, there are not many custom makers left, but there was one shop.

More importantly, the food is spectacular..and as a gastronomic tourist Madrid was one of my favorite places to go.

Yeah Toledo's got some great food. I tried cold pumpkin soup there for the first time. Blew me away, it was awesome on a hot summer afternoon!

No -- I'm in Los Angeles; I drive about 45 minutes every two weeks to work at Adam's Forge. Thank you for the information regarding Guillermo!

You had your own house in Chipiona?

rented, yes. I was stationed at a military unit in Rota and lived out in town.
