Bladetech, customer service and Concealex

I called Bladetech today to order some Concealex. They were very friendly and helpful. I thought you all migh want to consider doing business with this fine company. I will post my thoughts on the Concealex itself, next week after I use it for a knife sheath. I ordered it in Desert Camo, Woodland Camo, and Carbon Fiber patterns.

I can't wait to use the carbon fiber concealex. I also just got some carbon fiber. I plan on putting on a small texas style back up knife. I think the Carbon Fiber handle, and the Carbon Fiber Concealex, will look very cool togeter.

Hello,

yep Tim Wegner and the folks doing the COnsealex thing are good people, having used KYDEX for a Longgggg time, i was interested in the COnsealex. i asked for a sample of the material and, a few days later recived a bunch of samples to try. i was impressed. Great service and a good bunch of people .

I met Tim Wegner at the Eugene Oregon show a few years back, an although we both did KYDEX work he was as down to earth and friendly as can be,,,, i think tim is a great Guy and From what i have heard a Good Christian Man.

Thanks, Allen Blade

Tim is a great guy. So is Victor, his operations manager. I have had great service from them. Way above and beyond the call of duty.

Interesting...I have had a very good experience with Victor, but I have had no luck with emailing BladeTech, and I have had several people come to me for sheaths simply because BT won't return their mail. In communication with folks I've also heard a lot of the same. I wonder why Internet companies refuse to do business via email? Anyway, Blade Tech is a good company to deal with, as long as you phone them and forget trying it through email!

It's been a while since I've visited the Forums, but you're right Lynn...Blade-Tech is great company. Both our parents attend the same church, and while I was home on leave last May, Tim graciously gave me a tour of his business. Those that email him must understand that this is a very small company that does a lot of big orders. He started in his garage and has continually progressed.

Truly a first-class person, Tim Wegner is a great businessman who always listens to customers and peers. Gotta say that BT's products have been some of the best on the market.
