This advertiser screams Asian scam:

This is just about 2 months old and after searching for its reviews on the internet, I can say that customers are not satisfied with it.
Also, after going through their website, I found that they charge a 15% cancellation fee if you cancel an order after 24 hours of ordering it even though the item has not been shipped. So, I would not be ordering from this store if I am not absolutely sure.
Returning is another issue because for returning, you have to first contact them (and you can ONLY do so by mailing them). Only if they accept, you will most likely be provided with a return address (as they HAVE NOT given any return address on the website as such).
Legit or Scam? Can’t really say. They accept PayPal but that 15% cancellation fee and the return process makes me feel that it’s not worth buying from here."
