Ive used the below knives a lot when camping and hiking and they showed the signs of it.

Very happy with the knives and how they perform - in fact, I could not be happier with them. It simply does not have to be expensive to work.

I read posts about forum members scoffing at 1095. I just shrug and go use my Beckers some more.

Nobody seems to have told the trio, that they cant perform.

Today my stripped Becker trio got sand blasted and had new SS hardware installed.

I personally like the look - YMMV.

Here the BK5 before and after.

I like this knife out of all proportions to its price. Its handy, carries well on the belt or in the ruck, it performs very well for its light weight - in short, Messrs Fisk & Becker knew what the heck they were doing. Kudos.

beauty. i really like the blasted finish.

one of the projects on my list is to copy the jimping pattern on my 15 on my 11, then sandblast them both. they're both stripped already, and see a lot of kitchen / lunch box duty. add a couple cold brews and that's my favourite kitchen combo.
