Does Blaurock use the same production run number on each knife if only the blade style changes?
I have a BrB3 v3 numbered 0043. With a VG10 San Mai Damascus recurve blade and Damascus clip.
But I noticed their ad has a 0043 with a recurve but it’s a stonewash version. So are there multiple 0043 for every blade style but same body and color?
Also my coa says my blade is a VG10 San Mai stoned wash blade which is impossible yes?

I've never heard of Blaurock before. Someone else will chime in later I'm sure.

It’s a German knife maker. Very tight tolerances.
Wish I could post pictures of my question and also the knife very well!
Does very limited runs I have BrB3 v3 he’s starting the next run now. BrB3 v4 I believe that’s the number. I believe they start at around 1200$.
I was looking at their site and seen a 0043 serial number the same as mine. But with stonewashed blade mine is Damascus.
Another problem is my coa says VG 10 San Mai stonewashed for what blades on it. Everything else on there is right but mine is a Damascus blade.
Do companies use the same production number on knives that just have different style blades only? Do they do this to keep the production number down? They only use two blade styles but different materials.

Yes that’s in the process I was kind of just wondering if knife companies do that use the same production number on multiple knives that only have a blade difference. Seems it would be dishonest on how many made and where would you draw the line there are so many add ons!
Would you do it only for the blade style?
Guess I just assumed each knife had knife specific number.
