Blaze orange 50 grit wobble a thon

Any one else having issues with the Blaze belts in the lower grits wobbling unacceptable amounts. I have never had an issue with other belts wobbling on my grinder or a friends, but it seems about 50 percent of the Blaze 50 grit belts wobble a bunch, today i tried 4 belts, 2 were ok, for Blaze, and 2 had a quarter inch of side to side travel. I like how they grind but do not think i will be buying anymore of them.
 
I have never used the 50 grit, but use 36 grit all the time. I have never had any problem with them.

They are Nortons. I do not have issue with the 100 grit blaze it just seems be the 50s, and it is not only me, friend of mine goes through a lot of belts on a different brand grinder and he says 40 percent of the 50/60 Norton belts have wobble issues. We have been getting our belts from Trugrit.
 
I had a similar problem with the 36 grit Blaze. I've switched to 3m belts now and the 36 and 40 grits I use now don't wobble for me.
 
Try talking to trugrit. They have fantastic customer service and can maybe give you some answers. I love Blaze belts but I have found it hard to beat VSM belts for the quality to price ratio.
 
Call Trugrit they will take care of you.

I have seen some Nortons have crooked glue seams. It happens but usually it is so obvious they get pulled from stock before sent out.

This^^^ the belts may not be cut/glued straight .. I had it on some Blaze belts years ago and found “from True grit” The Ceramic VSM. Which were a better value. IMO

I used Blaze, then switched to VSM, decided to try Blaze again years later, and went back to VSM ceramic.

VSM works great and a better value
