Bleaching question

Take your mind out of the gutter I'm not talking about my back side. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has ever bleached their factory micarta? Is it even possible? Or will it break down the canvas? If you know please clue me in before I find out myself the hard way. Thanks

It would likely be hard on them if it didn't ruin them. wrap them in cloth tape dyed/colored in your desired hue.
