Here is a pretty nice 12 inch Sirupati made by Kumar that's been laying in the blem box for awhile. 12 inches and 12 ounces. There are a couple of cosmetic flaws which put this knife in the blem box. One, there is a super glue fix crack in the handle. Two, there is a small fold line on the right side of the blade just above the bolster. Overall the knife displays a good fit and finish and the hardness is up to HI standards -- good knife. Karda and chakma are not finished well -- satin rather than usual magic stone mirror.

Scabbard is made and tooled nicely by sarki with no name. Frog is extra long loop HI 100 year superfrog.

We will deliver this rig to your door for $45 and it goes with HI lifetime and satisfaction guarantee.

Call or email if interested.

This should make a nice little knife for my sister. She was always a tad bit jealous that I gave my brother a 15" AK and didn't get her one. Of course if it's everything that Rusty says it is, I may just have to keep it myself...

I sure hope not. Kumar has too much talent. He belongs with Bura and Sanu at BirGorkha.

Bro isn't Kumar liable to get in big trouble in Arabia with thier laws?
If I'm not mistaken Kumar really likes the girls doesn't he?

Not meaning any misrespect, but they are pretty strict and by not knowing the taboos I feel he could possibley bite off more than he wants there.
And since their crime rate is low I'm not sure I don't agree with many of their laws. Some of them could be used to good benefits in this country.

I hate to see Kumar go as well. Kumar brought a lot of good things to BirGhorka. I just hope that his misdeeds didn't out wheigh his good ones.
I am proud to have some of Kumar's blades although he could get in a hurry now and then, but I remember what it's like to be young and foolish and anxious to get off of work and go chase the
girlies.

If Kumar goes to Arabia he'd best take along his two wives! And he likes to drink, too! He could get into trouble over there but he seems to get in trouble just about anywhere.

I liked Kumar and he was always very polite when he was around and I remember he went out of his way to cook a few goat ribs over the forge for me during Bishwakarm Puja. It is as Bro said, he is just young and crazy -- and I've been there myself. He is a good kami and does a lot of work. When he gets 35 or 40 he'll be a great kami.

Bro doesn't the Arabian Law forbid the use of alcohol?
I am under the impression it does and that's one of the reasons there were strict guidelines when the US Armed Forces were allowed in Saudi Arabia back during the Gulf War.
I seem to recall that their laws about drugs were death by beheading with no exceptions, but I could be mistaken.
