Here is a Sanu forward curving model, about 19.5 inches and 2 & 1/4 pounds. It is a good rig. Problems are cracked handle, about 1 inch at bolster, and karda handle cracked maybe 1.5 inches. Both can be repaired easily with epoxy. Spend 25 cents and fifteen minutes and save $60 off regular price and get free shipping, too.

Price for this rig is $85 and we pay shipping. Good buy.

Call or email if intereted.

Khukuri FAQ

I'm interested, and can probably pick it up before 330 or 4pm tomorrow, if I get my other business in town done timely.

When I got Surya Chandra Tara ( Sun, Moon, & Stars ) and pulled it from the scabbard I felt like Arthur Pendragon must have felt when he first stopped to savor Excalibur's energy. SCT is my excalibur.

Now I'll have a hatchmarked version for training and other occassions and can save Surya Chandra Tara for a knightly Quest worthy of it. Hmmm... or maybe Hatchmark in my left hand and SCT in my right. Then what is my kora for? Oh, that's right - I still do windmills.

Maybe if I get there a bit early I can help Uncle unpack and see what's in the latest box. Nah, that would be unfair to the rest of you. ( Now if I set the alarm for 4:30 AM I should make it by a quarter to 8 tomorrow morning - checking out the new erotic boutique can wait til the unpacking's done.)

I have the khukuri ready and waiting, Rusty. See you this afternoon and be careful on the road. We have our share of crazies here, too, just like poor Terry encountered in OK.

Khukuri FAQ

This one is back on the market. Rusty has come and gone -- he took three khukuris with him that he liked better than this one, a topi, a brass paper weight in the form of Nepal and crossed khukuris and probably a few other things -- but he didn't take the foward curving khukuri.

It is up for grabs again.

Call or email if interested.
