Here's a very decent 15 inch AK -- fairly heavy duty at 1 & 3/4 pounds. As usual, the only problem is a cracked handle. Small crack on chakma, too. Fifteen cents worth of epoxy and fifteen mintes will fix this knife up and it should last a lifetime. Scabbard is good and early version of HI superfrog is very substantial and looks good, too.

One thing about cracks -- once the crack appears the stress has been relieved and the handle will almost never crack again. Epoxy is stronger than horn so you end up with a handle that is stronger than the original and should last a lifetime. It just doesn't look as pretty.

So, if looks don't bother you then save $50 on this AK and take it for $75 and we will pay shipping.

I'll take it(if it is still there), this will settle my indecision on a first mid length! I have to run to a meeting, I'll shoot the cash by credit card in an hour or so.
