18 inches and 21 ounces of very good and very fast Malla by KNN. Edge near 60Rc. Fine execution. Only problem is very minor "wave" on the edge near the tip. Ten minutes with a stone makes this Malla perfect. Good Malla style karda and chakma. Old style scabbard but well done with nice tooling.

Why is this still here?

ARe 'collectors' uninterested in KNN? And users? This thing weighs what a BAs does, but with a longer reach. Sounds like a back packer to me. But what do I know? I'm new.

I've been drooling, but controlling myself. KNN stuff looks great, and I want to check it out up close, but I was also hoping my next purchase would be a short WWII, a baby Sirupati, or Gelbu Special. Payday's tomorrow, so I may be in trouble.
 
I have a 20" AK by KNN (butterlamp w/flame) and I can tell you it is top drawer. If I had the loot I'd snap this malla up today because I've been in love with this model for a loooonnnnng time. If you can afford it, don't hesitate and if you wind up not liking it, why, I'd trade you my 20" AK for it!

Stephen- I also have an 20in AK by the KNN and they are top notch. Didn't really have the money to spend on this one but I couldn't resist. Can't believe people are letting these lie unclaimed with the state of affairs at Birgorkha. HIKV is going to run rampant if they have to suspend operations for very long:eek: :barf: :(

Nice grab Pat:D I would have grabbed this one a LONG time ago if I didn't have a Malla already, and even then the idea of having a PAIR of them was starting to get to me;)

No kidding!!!All my money for k's is tied up in the Cher. Rose. which at the present time is on hold indefinitely:(---with darn good reason however.
