I am not sure if someone has posted this already. Two pieces that Brian Goode made for the troops in Afghanistan apear in the article "Custom Tacticals" on page 49 of the September issue of Tactical Knives. None of the pictures in the article are clear enough that they do his craftsmanship justice but I think that the temper lines were still visible. It should still give him some good exposure though. Good on ya Brian!

hey - Thanks PSO. I was as surprised as you :D I think that they took those photos off of my website and took the color out. Very cool people are noticing what we do around here :D Simply luck!

Its actually the 3rd time that I have had a knife in a publication. This and the first one were mall images but images none the less :D

As told to me by J. Neilson "send all you can to whom ever you can". I basically emailed guys and introduced myself but this publication emailed me first. That in itself is an honor!

Well, I had better accelerate my savings so that I can pick up one of your pieces before you get on the front page, and all that implie$$$. ;)

Congratulations again.

A cover would be too cool! I have a LOOOONG way to go before that will ever happen. Trust me ;)

Thanks again buddy! Keep grinding and we can all be in print ;)

Dang I was in the bookstore yesterday and picked that issue up then put it back down in favor of an archeology magazine! Guess I'll have to make it over there again at lunch today. Congratulations Brian, that is seriously cool!

Yep, saw it this morning while in the reading room at work...
Good to see you're getting some press. ;)
