Thinking of getting this for an edc. Any comments on the knife itself - ergonomics, durability, removable scales, sheath, etc would be great. Can you get a 4 finger grip on it? I have not been able to find a picture of the knife in hand. Does anyone have such a picture?
Much appreciated, thanks!

It's a good knife. D2 blade...very sharp when purchased. Scales are removable. You can get a wide variety of scales from Blind Horse Knives. I have the smooth Ivory micarta and they can get a little slick when wet. A 4 finger grip is very doable...I have medium sized hands. The leather sheath I bought with it is well made and has proven to be quite durable.

Here are some old pics I took shortly after buying it..including an in-hand shot.

Awesome! That picture helps a lot. Thanks! It's really a nice looking knife.

How does it feel while cutting? One concern I have is that the handle looks thin compared to the depth of the blade, which might cause the knife to twist in your hand. Would the handle tend to turn or twist in my hand if I were cutting wood shavings from a hard piece of oak to start a camp fire?
