when I try to post from my phone I get this

Image deleted.

I can post from my iPad without a problem.

Is something being worked on or changed?

Posting with out a quote fixed it for me.

No, something is definitely not normal.

I believe it’s something to do with your mobile IP address. If you restart the phone it should fix the problem.

If you try to reply (with the entire post quoted) you'll get the "blocked" pop up.
