I was blessed to have been given some deer meat from a close friend of mine, so I took one of my custom Backwoods blades and prepped the meat for the freezer and the crock pot. By the way, the blade worked like a charm on the meat. The meat was stripped from the bone effortlessly and it cut in thick or thin slices/chunks. For the owners of Bill's awesome pieces of art, don't be afraid to baptize them in deer blood this season....Backwoods Custom Knives ROCKS !!! Thanks Bill
